Simple Thank You Cards

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today with a sweet something especially for you.  Please visit the store for all the fun products I've used today.  Thank you cards are always a must have for anyone so why not create some to have on hand so they are available when you need them.

I've used the Poppystamps Craft Stamps - Hope and Thanks for both cards.

Using the Mini Misti by My Sweet Petunia, I was able to line up my stamps exactly where I wanted them using different colors of ink.  Once I was done, I realized I wanted more stamps and the Misti was perfect for lining them up too.  Then I used Spellbinders Circle and Scalloped Circle dies to die cut the panel.

My next card is quite simple, using left over scraps from Prima Rose Quartz paper pad.  Simply inking the edges of the panels brings this plain card to life.  Another sentiment from Poppystamps Craft Stamps - Hope and Thanks was stamped in the corner using Ranger Jet Black Ink.

So you've got two pretty cards that can be created quickly.

Thank you for visiting

Easter cards at The Rubber Buggy using Dies

Hi .. it's Bev here today at The Rubber Buggy. I am sharing some fun easy Easter Cards  It won't be long before Easter is here. Time just seems to fly when your having fun. The 2 cards are sharing some amazing dies that make crafting so easy and fun.

Supply List:
The Rubber Buggy Products
Markers: copics
Other: paper, card bases, ribbon, brads

This card I started by pulling some paper layers with a mix of great colours and prints. I then die cut in white cardstock to make the designs and sentiment pop.

I also used cardstock mats for colour, depth and dimension.  Using ribbon I wrapped it around the upper piece a few time and tied it off. I then tied a matching bow and glued it on top of the other wrapped piece.

The close up gives you a great view of the details in this Easter Egg die.

More close ups for your viewing.

Not all cards have to be fussy and hard. The simple fun ones look amazing too.

Here is a 2nd easy card... simple and fun to put together but so cute.

LemonCraft Cards

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today with a sweet something especially for you.  Please visit the store for all the fun products I've used today.

I've used the LemonCraft paper line - Violet Silence Collection, a beautiful collection of colors and patterns.

For my first card, I placed Bazzill Gummy Bear cardstock on a card, then cut the violet layer to fit.  Then, I tore the rose paper and matted it with torn Gummy Bear cardstock before adding it to the card.

Using a sentiment from Art Impressions Watercolor Collection Sentiment Stamp set, I stamped it in Ranger Jet Black Ink then used Spellbinders Circle dies to die cut the sentiment and the larger circle.  Before adhering to the card with Scrapbook Adhesive Foam Squares, I punched a hole and added Lawn Fawn Twine.

I used papers from the same  collection -  Violet Silence Collection - for my next card, but used Spellbinders Oval dies rather than Circles dies.  Another sentiment from Art Impressions Watercolor Collection Sentiment Stamp set was stamped with Ranger Jet Black Ink.

Posh Has A Present Vellum Shaker Card

Hi it's Jennifer here with my card for the week. This week I created
a Shaker Card no surprise from me but I then used Vellum
over the top of the Acetate to create a different effect. A much
softer look. I also didn't want a plain background so in between the
Vellum and Acetate I diecut a few of the smallest  Lawn Fawn Outside In
Stitched Scalloped Circles. The Frame I created using
Lawn Fawn Small Stitched 4 Bar Rectangle. I have then added a mix of
clear and hot pink sequins. The Stamp is  Uptown Girl
Posh Has A Present coloured in Copics and glittered with
Spectrum Noir's. The pretty pink

Hope you enjoyed this make have a Great
Crafting Week Everyone.

Family Time using Lemon Craft Collection

Hi.... Bev here today. I hope you had a great weekend I know I did. Today at the Rubber Buggy I am sharing  this page with a photo of our family celebration. We all had a great time visiting, eating and catching up on all the goings on in everyone's lives.
For this page I added the bead border for glitter and shine along with glossy accent title and stickles on the flowers and leaves along with some fun ink stamping on background and edges.

Supply List:
The Rubber Buggy Products
Paper: Lemoncraft Basic Paper collection
Glue: Beacon 3-in-1 Glue
Mediums: glossy accents, stickles
Ink: Tim Holtz mini distress ink
Flowers: Petaloo
Sketch: Sketches in Thyme
Other: Chipboards, Stamp, Flair button, lace, beads

I always start by pulling lots of possible layers and accents along with my photo.
For this one I was then cutting pieces and layers to follow the sketch. I inked the edges.

Here is my proposed layout ... so after removing things I stamped the background.

Some chipboards are inked.

I added some layers together and then added the lace border.

Things are coming together.

When things were together I added floral clusters and bead border.

I then went back and added the stickles for glitter to the flowers and the leaves.

Glossy accents added to title made it shine too.

and for an added bonus today .....here is another page using Lemon Craft with an added background piece from Blue Fern Studios
